The house is a spacious 2 bedroom beautiful old cottage freshly painted with revitalised floor boards. All rooms are spacious and light filled with built In robes and new aircon units in each bedroom and living space.

The living area is large and bright with some great pieces of art, leading to the fully stocked kitchen which opens out to a leafy court yard.

It is on a tree lined quiet street in possibly Adelaide’s best location for shopping and dining in the one location, with endless restaurants and cafes. It is a one way road that can get busy with pedestrians between 9am and 5pm, being close to Norwood Parade. Outside of these hours it is quiet and the location is ideal.

Parking is available directly out front on the quiet one way street. It is permit parking and we supply the permit on arrival.
